I had to replaced my old hot water cyclinder with a new high pressure cyclinder. l found Evert gave me the best advice and competive quote. He was friendly and went out of his way by working overtime to do the job. When I had a couple little issues he was prompt to rectify the problem. We can not recommend Erwyn highly enough! Our hot water cylinder burst on Friday morning and we couldn't get a plumber until later in the day or after the weekend. I was given Erwyns number by a fireplace company who said he was amazing. They were right!! Erwyn was driving passed the end of our road out 10 minutes after I called him and he came in straight away. He assessed the job, stabilised it so it wouldn't get any worse, explain our options for replacement, including the costs involved with each option. We made our decision, Erwyn rang the company where he would get what we needed, booked to pick it up at 9am yesterday(Monday) and came and did the installation. He is pleasant to deal with, obviously an expert at his trade, explained all we needed to know and left no mess! Erwyn arranged for an electrician Hamish Nathan to hook up the power after he left and Hamish will also get a positive review from us. What a Team!

He responded quickly to my call, completed the work efficiently, and charged a very reasonable price. The quality of his work was outstanding. I stumbled across Preferred Plumber online and made contact with Erwin after reading all of his awesome reviews. Our waste disposal unit appeared to have met its maker. Erwin was very responsive and professional, arriving within a couple of days to replace it. However, after another quick reset, the unit surprisingly sprang back to life - how embarrassing! Erwin was incredibly understanding, which was appreciated - it was a pleasure meeting him. I have a feeling he may need to come back pretty soon, and without hesitation, he will now be our go-to plumber due to how he handled a pretty awkward situation.
I can’t recommend Erwin highly enough. We had no water to our house - or to our 2x bedroom cottage - as we’d struck leaks the day before and had to turn off our water main. I called Erwin fairly early the following day and he made us a priority, which was really good of him as we were first time callers. In any event, Erwin came out to our rural property (from Gate Pa) almost immediately - despite already having a busy day ahead. Erwin fixed the two leaks straight away and without any fuss and his charges were very fair. He was also lovely and courteous and has a lot of experience in plumbing. I have no hesitation in recommending Preferred Plumbing.
