I stumbled across Preferred Plumber online and made contact with Erwin after reading all of his awesome reviews. Our waste disposal unit appeared to have met its maker. Erwin was very responsive and professional, arriving within a couple of days to replace it. However, after another quick reset, the unit surprisingly sprang back to life - how embarrassing! Erwin was incredibly understanding, which was appreciated - it was a pleasure meeting him. I have a feeling he may need to come back pretty soon, and without hesitation, he will now be our go-to plumber due to how he handled a pretty awkward situation.
