Needed to have my kitchen sink sorted as I found water on the shelves. It's Friday, week before Christmas and found Erwins details. So thankful, he was able to come and repair the problem. Professional and great customer service. Took his shoes off, I was impressed. Definitely recommend this young man.for his work.

I stumbled across Preferred Plumber online and made contact with Erwin after reading all of his awesome reviews. Our waste disposal unit appeared to have met its maker. Erwin was very responsive and professional, arriving within a couple of days to replace it. However, after another quick reset, the unit surprisingly sprang back to life - how embarrassing! Erwin was incredibly understanding, which was appreciated - it was a pleasure meeting him. I have a feeling he may need to come back pretty soon, and without hesitation, he will now be our go-to plumber due to how he handled a pretty awkward situation.
